Do Tempston Luxury Own The Properties?
Tempston Luxury do not own any of the properties advertised. However, we do ensure that you are given an excellent service, highly luxurious property and an experience you will not forget.
Which Luxury Property Will I Receive?
The luxury property you book is the luxury property you will receive. All of our properties are advertised with high quality images and up-to-date accurate descriptions.
How do I book?
How Do I Book a Chalet?
Once you have decided on your luxury property, please contact us by phoning or emailing one of our property experts. Likewise, you can always request a return phone call by specifying a date and time as well as the property you interested. After that, we will direct you through our simple booking process.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
To reserve a property with Tempston Luxury we require a 20-50% deposit depending on the chalet. Once this has been paid, your property is secure. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless the property is unavailable (in which case we will refund the full deposit amount).
When is the full amount due?
You will receive an email requesting the remainder of the balance 12 weeks prior to your departure.
Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
A security deposit is required for most properties. As long as you leave the property in roughly the same condition it is found in, then this will be returned to you once the owner has cleared it.
What if I cancel my holiday?
Unfortunately if you cancel your luxury property a refund will not be given. This is due to the fact that Tempston Luxury do not own the properties and this would leave the property owners in an adverse position. Please be certain when making a booking.
Does the price include VAT?
The price shown does include VAT unless stated otherwise
Do you accept credit card?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. We also accept PayPal
Where is the exact property address?
For security reasons we do not advertise the exact address of any of our properties. We will show you the nearest village or town so you can start your research on ‘things to do’ in the area. Once we have confirmed your booking with the owner, we will send you the information pack. This will include the exact address of the property as well as further information.
Why is the properties name changed?
To ensure you have the most relaxing holiday, we do not give out the property name until the full booking is confirmed. The property name shown on our website will reflect our views of the location and character. The official property name will be included in the information pack sent to you prior to departure.
Do I need a ‘rent-a-car’?
This depends entirely on how much exploring and travelling you intend to do whilst on holiday. If you intend to spend each day by the pool/jacuzzi or on the ski slopes then a car is probably not needed. Do remember that some of our properties are set in rural locations meaning a car would be necessary.
Can I bring my pet?
Although Tempston luxury loves animals, it is not advised that you take your pet to any of the properties. Please be aware that taking a pet into any of the properties may automatically lose you your security deposit.
